Product Characteristics

2. This product does not react with materials of cold core physically and chemically, which can effectively avoid sintering or metal penetration in the inner cavity of castings.
3. This product can prevent sand core breakage and deformation caused by excessive addition of anti-veining commodity materials.
Instructions for Use
Used in the cold core: In the process of mixing sand for cold core making, it is added at the same time with the original sand, mixed evenly and then added resin and other auxiliary materials. According to the volume of the sand core, the suitable addition amount of this product is 0.3-1.0%, and the specific addition amount is ***ermined according to the production process of each co***ny¡¯s casting.
